We are back again with another Tree Restoration drive with our partner organisation Muskurate Raho. Volunteer with ConnectFor and together let's restore the greenery in the city. Muskurate Raho planted 1000+ plants in monsoon this year, this drive aims to restore our Aarey forest by replanting, watering, mulching, and bunding the plants to help them re-grow naturally. What is expected of the employee, and what do they have to do? Employees are expected to help Muskurate Raho restore and save the saplings they planted in monsoon season by watering them, removing dead leaves, bunding and more. Employees will be provided with the necessary materials for the restoration on the day of the activity Why should they volunteer, and what is the larger goal behind it? By volunteering you will help Muskurate Raho achieve their goal to combat many environmental issues like deforestation, erosion of soil, desertification in semi-arid areas, global warming and hence enhancing the beauty and balance of the environment. Is the activity solitary or can be enjoyed along with family and friends (Eg: A DIY activity like paper bag making can be done in a group, whereas the activity of creating math worksheets for students can be done alone) This one-time volunteering opportunity can be enjoyed with family and friends. About the NGO: Muskurate Raho is a Mumbai based youth community working towards environmental conservation since 2021.
